GX-1000E触摸屏压接端子拉力试验机测控系统核心器件采用进口*新型超高精度24位AD，采样速率400次/秒时全程不分档分辨率为300000分度。并采用6点校准技术进一步提高精度，使力量采集精度达到国家**标准。位移无误差正负计数。7寸TFT彩色触摸屏，直接输入试验参数，中英文操作界面层层提示，用户无需操作手册即可轻松操作。另外还可通过RJ45网络接口与PC机通讯，配上专用的TM2100Pro专业豪华版测控软件，实时显示力－位移、力－时间、位移－时间、应力－应变等曲线，自动计算*大力、屈服力、平均力、*大变形、屈服点、弹性模量等参数，并具有灵活的报表编辑和打印功能。
The GX-1000E Touchscreen Terminal Crimping Pull Test Machine's measurement and control system utilizes an imported, latest-generation ultra-high-precision 24-bit AD converter as its core component. When sampling at 400 times per second, it maintains a full-range, non-graded resolution of 300,000 divisions. The system further enhances accuracy through 6-point calibration technology, allowing the force acquisition accuracy to meet the national first-grade standard. Displacement is measured with zero error and positive/negative counting. The 7-inch TFT color touchscreen allows for direct input of test parameters. Its Chinese/English operating interface provides step-by-step prompts, enabling users to operate effortlessly without a manual. Additionally, the machine can communicate with a PC via an RJ45 network interface. When paired with the dedicated TM2100Pro Professional Deluxe Edition measurement and control software, it can display real-time curves such as force-displacement, force-time, displacement-time, and stress-strain. The software automatically calculates parameters including maximum force, yield force, average force, maximum deformation, yield point, and elastic modulus, and features flexible report editing and printing functions.
